Refund and Returns Policy

AJMANSHOP RETURN REFUND ELIGIBILITY


1.1. SERVICES: REFUND ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICES WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON THE NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND THE TERMS OUTLINED IN THE SERVICE AGREEMENT OR CONTRACT BETWEEN AJMANSHOP AND THE CUSTOMER.

1.2. RETURN POLICY: IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED A PRODUCT FROM AJMANSHOP, YOU CAN ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
THE REQUEST FOR RETURN IS MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. BUT PRODUCT MUST BE SAME CONDITION WHAT WE SEND TO YOU. [SAME PACKAGING LIKE NEW]

1.3. REFUND POLICY: IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED A PRODUCT FROM AJMANSHOP, YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION.
THE REQUEST FOR A REFUND IS MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.
THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNUSED, AND WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND ACCESSORIES.

REFUND PROCESS

2.1. TO INITIATE A REFUND REQUEST, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM AT +97152-7882235.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE YOUR ORDER DETAILS, INCLUDING THE ORDER NUMBER, PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED, AND A BRIEF EXPLANATION FOR THE REFUND REQUEST.

2.2. FOR PRODUCTS, OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM MAY ASK FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, INCLUDING PHOTOGRAPHS OR VIDEOS, TO ASSESS THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT BEFORE APPROVING THE REFUND.

2.3. ONCE YOUR REFUND REQUEST IS RECEIVED AND REVIEWED, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.

2.4. IF YOUR REFUND REQUEST IS APPROVED, THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 10 DAYS.
THE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED USING THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED FOR THE PURCHASE UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

3.1. CERTAIN ITEMS ARE EXEMPTING FROM BEING REFUNDED. THESE INCLUDE:
REPACKAGING FOR RETURNS: PRODUCT MUST BE COMPLETE, SECURE AND IN MANUFACTURER’S ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN WHICH THE ITEMS WERE RECEIVED. IF THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE, IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE SECURE PACKAGING.
MERCHANDISE MUST BE SECURED WITH PROPER PACKAGING TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGE IN TRANSIT. FOR MULTIPLE BOXES, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR RA IS ON THE OUTSIDE SHIPPING LABEL OF EACH BOX.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

4.1. IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR REFUND WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIMEFRAME, PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AGAIN. THEN, CONTACT YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AS IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME FOR THE REFUND TO BE OFFICIALLY POSTED.

4.2. IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED THESE STEPS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND, PLEASE REACH OUT TO OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE.
CHANGES TO THE REFUND POLICY

5.1. AJMANSHOP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR UPDATE THIS REFUND POLICY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. ANY CHANGES WILL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING THE REVISED POLICY ON OUR WEBSITE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THIS POLICY PERIODICALLY FOR ANY UPDATES.
